With a crêpe/galette made from an organic and gluten-free mix of buckwheat, oats, and grey peas, the team Nytt & Nyttigt won the competition Ät!Stockholm on November 27th in Södertälje. The team consists of the three companies Tjelvling Fun-Foods AB, MixWell AB, and Hasta Eco.
