Grey Pea

High in protein and rich in iron and zinc. One of the oldest pea varieties in the Nordic region, perfect for the Swedish climate.

Hemp

Complete protein with omega-3 and omega-6 in an ideal balance. Provides essential fatty acids and is extremely nutrient-dense.

Beans

Protein-rich and nitrogen-fixing – both nutritious food and soil-improving crop. A cornerstone of sustainable cultivation.

Energy & endurance

Built for the body

Total energy content: approx. 81,000 kcal. Lasts approx. 40 days at 2000 kcal/day, approx. 37 days at 2200 kcal/day, or approx. 32 days at 2500 kcal/day. Provides over 100 g of protein per day, stable energy from slow carbohydrates, and a good fat balance – keeping you full, strong, and functional.

What's included in the emergency kit?

Whole oats, grey peas & buckwheat

All raw materials are steam-roasted, whole grain, gluten-free, and shelf-stable. Oats provide energy, grey peas provide protein, and buckwheat supplies important minerals.

Recommended supplementary information

2 x 0.5 liters of rapeseed oil, iodized salt, and multivitamins (B12, C, D, A). Together, these create an almost complete nutritional system.

Flexible use

Can be used for porridge, soups, pancakes, bread, protein dishes, and snacks. One system – many possibilities.
