In November, Stefan participated in a lecture with Hushållningssällskapet Örebro, Anna Karin Landin and the County Administrative Board, where catering managers, kitchen managers and procurement officers were invited to discuss the possibility of increasing protein cultivation here in Sweden. The lecture took place at Hasta Gård outside Arboga, where the entire concept is being developed.
