Ingredients
Ingredients (approx. 4 servings)
- 200 ml cooked grey peas
- 1 tbsp toasted buckwheat, finely ground
- 1 tbsp toasted oats, finely ground
- 2–3 tbsp olive oil or rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or apple cider vinegar
- ½–¾ tsp salt
- 2–4 tbsp water or cooking liquid
Instructions
1. Blend the grey peas until smooth.
2. Add finely ground toasted buckwheat, oats, oil, and acid.
3. Adjust consistency with water or cooking liquid.
4. Season with salt.
