Hasta High-Protein Porridge – Crushed is sold as three separate bags of coarsely crushed, roasted ingredients:
• Grey peas – coarsely crushed
• Buckwheat – coarsely crushed
• Oats – coarsely crushed
The customer mixes them according to recommended proportions. The coarse crushing ensures slow digestion, good satiety, and stable blood sugar.

Recommended mixture
For optimal nutritional profile and metabolic effect, the following proportions are recommended:
• 60% coarsely crushed grey peas
• 25% coarsely crushed buckwheat
• 15% coarsely crushed oats
Preparation – Crushed porridge (standard)
Basic recipe (1 serving):
3–4 tablespoons mixed crushed ingredients
2–2.5 dl water
Preparation:
1. Place the crushed ingredients in cold water
2. Bring to a slow boil
3. Simmer on low heat for 14–18 minutes
4. Stir regularly
5. Remove from heat and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving
Alternative: Soaking for extra gentle porridge
For people with sensitive stomachs or who want an even shorter cooking time, the crushed mixture can be soaked before cooking.
Soaking:
• 1 part crushed ingredients + 2 parts cold water
• 8–12 hours (room temperature or fridge)
• Stir before cooking
Preparation after soaking:
• Cook for 6–8 minutes
• Rest for 2 minutes
